Aaron A. Armbrust is the Field Superintendent for CHC Fabrication, a full-service company that details, fabricates and erects ornamental and misc. iron.
Before Aaron took the superintendent role, he held many different positions in different aspects of the steel industry from stairs to multi story buildings to water towers which prepared Aaron for the superintendent position. In this position Aaron developed the ability to manage multiple teams working concurrently over multiple projects, allowing Aaron to understand the nuances of leadership when working toward a shared goal.
Aaron has recently been recognized for projects he oversaw as a Superintendent. He was awarded Craftsman of the Year by the greater Columbus builder’s exchange. Aarons Project was also awarded North American Project of The Year by the North American Iron Workers Association.
Aaron is also a certified OSHA Instructor who holds an OSHA 500/510 certification.
In addition to being a Field Superintendent, Aaron was featured on the T.V. show Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge where he and his team had to compete against other teams through an obstacle course. The dedication to discipline that preparing for this competition spilled over into all aspects of his life, leading to, according to Aaron, the above mentioned award.
In Aaron's free time he enjoys working around the house, spending time with his family and is constantly working on his golf game.
