Director- Frontline Hives
Master Sergeant Michael J. Dailey enlisted in the Ohio Air National Guard in March of 2008 at the 220th Engineering Installations Squadron, where he has been stationed for the past 16 years. Since enlisting in the Ohio Air National Guard, Master Sergeant Dailey has served on multiple temporary duty assignments (TDY) at various locations. Through these TDYs Master Sergeant Dailey has built an extensive network of veterans across the country.
When the opportunity to be a part of the inaugural cohort of Frontline Hives Master Sergeant Dailey reflected on why he was eager to participate:
"Why Frontline Hives? After returning stateside from deployments I have always struggled with what to do next. You come from a work schedule where all your days are planned out ahead of time then all of a sudden you’re in a world where you have to make your own decisions again. Often, people struggle with that transition as I know I have as well as many of my fellow service. I believe that Frontline Hive can give an outlet to the many others like me who are looking for that identity outside of being a first responder or member of the military."
